Training is not normally required for TimeChainage as anyone with standard planning software experience can pick it up fairly quickly. The software is supplied with a comprehensive User Manual and additional tutorials are also available upon request.

However, where numbers warrant it, a one day training course can be arranged.

All TimeChainage license holders have access to technical support for one year included in the purchase price. This is usually done through email.

We aim to respond quickly to any query or problem you may have with TimeChainage, whether it be a technical issue or simply understanding the software functionality.

In the unlikely event that you require technical support after the first year, do not despair, we will still try to help.
